Legal Framework & Agreements

Welcome to the digital logistics platform operated by NETSAK STORAGE, LLC. By accessing our transport or forwarding services, you're agreeing to the contractual obligations outlined below. Are you familiar with current freight liability standards?

1. Service Provisioning: We provide freight transportation and cargo transit services based on available capacity. All forwarding requests are subject to confirmation via our digital platform. We don't guarantee immediate transit for cargo without a pre-approved digital manifest.

2. Freight Liability: Our liability for cargo damage or loss is governed by the standard logistics protocols for the State of Wisconsin and applicable federal maritime or interstate laws. We believe in high security; however, shipping insurance is always recommended for high-value cargo transportation.

3. Digital Platform Usage: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. Don't share your login with third parties. Any transit order generated through your account will be deemed authorized and binding.

4. Carrier Obligations: NETSAK STORAGE, LLC serves as both a direct carrier and a digital coordinator. For warehouses for freight transportation segments, specific storage terms apply if cargo isn't collected within 48 hours of delivery notification.
